Ultimats by Lloyd are made with premium two-ply, continuous filament nylon yarn in a dense, long-wearing 32 oz/yd construction twice the weight of most original equipment floor mats. Two-ply yarns are created by twisting and heat-setting two strands of yarn in each carpet tuft. Ultimats use Lloyd's multi-layer backing providing moisture protection, stiffness and skid-resistance from its final layer of Lloyd's Tractionbac.
