Shipping & Returns
We can ship to virtually any address in the world. Note that there are restrictions on some products, and some products cannot be shipped to international destinations.
When you place an order, we will estimate shipping and delivery dates for you based on the availability of your items and the shipping options you choose. Depending on the shipping provider you choose, shipping date estimates may appear on the shipping quotes page.
Please also note that the shipping rates for many items we sell are weight-based. The weight of any such item can be found on its detail page. To reflect the policies of the shipping companies we use, all weights will be rounded up to the next full pound.
Return Policy, Damage Claim, and Warranty Information
RETURNS: Should you need to return a part for refund, exchange or credit, please contact our Parts Department at 281-821-1222 within 10 days of delivery.
Customers are responsible for freight on all returned items. All returns must be pre-paid by the customer unless Corvette World Houston was at fault and/or made an error.
All returned items are subject to a 15% re-stocking fee.
NO RETURNS WILL BE PROCESSED AFTER 30 DAYS OF PURCHASE.
Returns within 30 days of purchase require a RMA number and returns without an RMA number will not be accepted.
Customers are subject to a 15% restocking fee and return shipment fee for any package returned by FEDEX because of refusal or non-delivery. Freight costs incurred are not refundable.
SPECIAL ORDER and ELECTRICAL items are not returnable. Parts or items that have been used or modified in any way, shape or form, are not returnable.
Exhaust Systems are NOT RETURNABLE once they have been installed on a vehicle. Any part that has been installed on a vehicle is NOT RETURNABLE unless it is defective or covered by our limited warranty.
CORES must be returned within 30 days of receipt to receive full credit. Cores received after 30 days will only receive 50% credit. Cores received after 90 days will receive 25% credit. Cores received after 120 days will receive NO credit.

DAMAGED GOODS OR CLAIMS: Always inspect the contents of your shipment in the presence of the driver delivering your package. Should you find any damage, notify Corvette World Houston immediately so that necessary steps be taken to insure prompt replacement of part or item.
WARRANTIES: All items are warranted to be free from defects in materials and workmanship at the time of shipment to you. Your purchase will be backed by the limited warranty extended by the manufacturer of the parts you receive. Corvette World Houston and the manufacturer do not honor warranty requests due to improper handling, installation, neglect, accidents, or parts used for competition use.
